    Lead by mindfulness & meditation coach Kyle Jackson, this free 60-minute class will teach you the fundamentals of a good mindfulness/meditation practice (posture, breathing, etc.)

    Led by mindset & behavior change expert Trevor Kaucic, This 90-minute interactive workshop will be covering part 5 in the 2024 Frameworks series titled ‘The Apple’.

    Coaches Krista Smith & Trevor Kaucic are hosting a class for anyone struggling with self confidence, self worth, or overall uncertainty.

Trevor Kaucic

Trevor is a certified personal trainer, mindfulness coach, health coach, and behavior change coach. His specialty is high performance mindset & behavior change coaching, where he helps individuals level up in their pursuit to become the best version of who they can be & live an extraordinary life.

Trevor hosts monthly workshops as well as working privately with clients who are committed to making the most out of their lives.

Cheri Cope

Cheri is a Master’s certified sports psychology consultant, certified 500-hour yoga instructor, and life coach. Her specialty is combining her high level of expertise in various fields to help her clients live their passion, find inspiration, and discover the physical & mental strengths that are already inside them.

Cheri offers yoga classes each week at the studio as well as private coaching sessions.

Kyle Jackson

Kyle is an experienced Mindfulness Meditation facilitator with a passion for philosophy and traditional techniques of spiritual realization. He is well versed in Buddhist literature with a particular interest in Soto Zen Buddhism and the Three Yana approach of Tibetan Buddhism. He is passionate about sharing the practice of mindfulness meditation with others in the hopes that they might find it as useful and illuminating as he has. His approach to teaching mindfulness is always grounded in the living experience of mindfulness meditation, which he feels transcends any particular approach, be it Buddhist or otherwise.
