Basic

Custom Programming ($75/month)

Feel like you have the discipline to follow through, but need some guidance on what will get you the best result?

With the custom programming option, you’ll receive a custom monthly program with workouts, nutrition info, and health habits.

Intermediate

Virtual Coaching ($195/month)

This option is for those who want extra guidance beyond just receiving the monthly program, but don’t quite need the hands on approach of in-person sessions.

The virtual coaching option gets you the custom monthly program that the basic package does, in addition to weekly check-ins to go over progress, modify necessary program items, and discuss questions that come up throughout the month.

Advanced

In-Person Training ($720/month)

Looking for the most effective approach to optimizing your health & fitness?

The in-person coaching option is easily the best option for you. This package gets you eight monthly in-person sessions where you’ll be working directly with Trevor at Ryzing Fitness in Waukesha. In each session you’ll do a full custom workout, plan out health habits, and get access to the best equipment for tracking progress.
